Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center, Ashville, NC.  Concept planning, content and asset research, writing and exhibition content development for a new visitor center for the National Park Service.

Brewer Heritage Trails, Brewer, ME.  Content workshop facilitation; content planning and feasibility studies, script development and review of graphic presentation for a river trail system.

Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitor Center, Fort Worth, TX.  Concept planning, research and development for start-up visitor center at the Fort Worth printing facility.

Chesapeake Fields Environmental Awareness Center, Chestertown, MD.  Benchmarking and identification of comparables, attendance projections and developing options for a possible visitor center/education center.

Delaware Museum of Natural History, Wilmington, DE.  Facilitate planning retreat with Board of Trustees in preparation for major building renovation and capital campaign.

Port Discovery, Baltimore, MD.  Consult on operational issues for start-up facility and, subsequently, feasibility plans for moving the museum.
